Debt is OK. We can take on debt that can be secured by individuals in the network.
The terms for servicing debt are:
Once debt is taken on it becomes the responsibility of the members of the network.
As long as the debt must be serviced by the members the property can be liquidated.
Once the debt can be serviced by normal rents the resource is transferred to the commons.
