Remedial action plan for the Open Voting Network

Here we are planning remedial action to address the lack of users for the alpha trials. This poll is part of an experiment in participatory self-governance being conducted for the OVN bootstrap trials.

The following notice is to be stuck atop the forum directory of the Open Voting Network. Hopefully other occupiers will see it and won't be in a hurry to evict us.
This working group
The Open Voting Network is an active working group on NYCGA.net and has not yet been able to comply with the new NYCGA Working Group rules. Our group was created December 18, 2011. We are endeavoring to comply with the new rules which were passed by the NYCGA around the time we began our working group. In order to continue as a working group in good standing, we have this remedial action plan: until we are in full compliance, compliance will be the #1 item on the agenda at each of our meetings.
