To register as a voter, first find your local area. Once you find it, make use of the registration template it provides. To do that, you must edit this section of your user page. Or, if your local area is not present, then find the registration template that corresponds to the larger area of your postal authority, which is typically your country, and make use of that. Or, if even that template is missing, then please talk to the administrator.
